SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for all payments to clear before shipping.

Ready to ship wigs  Ship immediately after payment is cleared. (Delivery time frame is 2-3 days after payment clears)

Please allow 7-16 business days for custom wig orders, and Pre-order items. (Weekends and Holidays are excluded)

For US orders, we ship via USPS. Once item(s) has been shipped you will get a tracking number, once the carrier has scanned your package we are no longer responsible for your package, any issues with your package after being scanned the postal carrier will assist you in resolving this matter,  please contact them directly.

Please note: Due to COVID 19 you can experience some delays. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final, no refunds or returns.

Only Exception If we sent you the wrong item please contact us immediately within 24 hours after delivery and be sure that the product is in its original packaging without alterations for exchange
